Terms of service.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING YOUR TRIP. BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SITES AND OUR SERVICES, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:

The travel participant is solely responsible for obtaining a valid passport prior to their scheduled trip. Wander With Wande is not responsible if you are denied entry or exit to/from any country or location due to a lack of valid Documentation. Travel participant should ensure that there are multiple consecutive blank visa pages within your passport and the passport is valid six (6) months beyond your intended return travel date. All names on documents must match the legal name on your photo I.D., and travel document information must match tickets.

PAYMENTS:

Quoted trip prices are per person and is listed on the Website. A deposit is required in order to confirm your booking. Upon receipt of deposit, the travel participant will receive a confirmation of your booking to the email provided. Payments can be made in full or by using our scheduled payment plan. If the travel participant uses our payment plans, the participant agrees to satisfy their balances by each due date stated in the selected payment schedule. If the travel participant is unable to adhere to the payment schedule, please contact us at wanderwithwande@gmail.com IMMEDIATELY for alternative payment schedules. All payments must be completed no later than the deadline indicated in your travel plans. If travel participant fails to submit payment on or before the specified payment due date, Wander with Wande reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain one-hundred percent (100%) of the funds paid. All full payments are non-refundable and non-transferable to a different trip.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY:   

All Deposits are Non-Refundable.

If travel participants needs to cancel your Trip, travel participant must send a cancellation notification to Wander with Wande by email. Your cancellation date will be the date on which we receive your notice. If we receive your cancellation notice within seven (7) days from the time of your booking, we will refund one-hundred percent (100%) of your payment (excluding your deposit). All Deposits are Non-Refundable. Wander with Wande is unable to offer any refund after the expiration of seven (7) days following your booking. 

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

We strongly recommend that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy for trip cancellation and medical insurance through a travel insurance company. Please contact the travel insurance company for any questions about what travel insurance does or does not cover. Trip cancellation insurance is the only means of receiving reimbursement for flights and other non-refundable expenses should you choose to cancel your trip for any reason, whether voluntarily or as a result of Wander With Wande’s action. If you decline insurance coverage, you will personally assume full responsibility for any financial loss associated with your travel arrangements. 

VISA REQUIREMENTS:

Many destinations require that visas be obtained prior to travel for transit or entry into the country. The travel participant is responsible for obtaining the appropriate visa needed for the selected trip. Please contact Wander with Wande if assistance is required and we will try to assist to the best of abilities. Wander with Wande will not be responsible for any entry issues or denials. We recommend that you check with the U.S. Department of State for the latest visa requirements. 

PICTURES AND VIDEOS:

The travel participant grants permission to Wander With Wande and its agents and employees the irrevocable and unrestricted right to reproduce the photographs and/or video images taken of them during their Trip for the purpose of publication, promotion, illustration, advertising, or trade, in any manner or in any medium and waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto. The travel participant hereby releases Wander with Wande and its legal representatives for all claims and liability relating to said images or video. Wander with Wande will not disclose your name online or in printed media without additional expressed written consent.

HEALTH & WELLNESS POLICY:  

Wander with Wande strives to ensure the well-being and safety for its travelers but cannot protect travelers from certain risks and dangers when traveling within and outside of the United States. All trips incorporate active elements and activities including but not limited to walking. We require that you can walk at least five (5) miles each day on your own. You should consult your physician to confirm your fitness level for travel and participation in planned activities. Wander with Wande does not provide medical advice. You agree that by participating on this Trip without consulting your physician prior to travel, you do so entirely at your own risk. You agree to hold Wander with Wande harmless regarding any provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care rendered. Additionally if you participate in activities during your trip, you assume at your own risk all the risk and dangers associated with the activity and hereby expressly release Wander with Wande harmless against any and all liability, cause of actions, and damages arising out of or in connection with the travel or participation in any activities. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:  

By booking with Wander with Wande, you acknowledge that in no event Wander with Wande will be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, incidental or consequential damages of any kind that arise out of or are in any way connected with your trip.
